Job Responsibilities
1、        Provide marketing support and technical service on using silicone products for skin care and color cosmetics applications. Ability to plan and manage skin care & color cosmetics application, including formulation development and testing for using equipment of SPF value and Skin conditions, formulation suggestions to customers, new applications for new products, translation of relevant documents.
2、        Develop, support and close projects using our materials in Personal Care formulations (skin care application and color cosmetics application). Well-rounded skills are critical in understanding customer needs, best technical solutions and timely support to commercialize new applications.
3、        Work closely with both R&D and Commercial Team in developing new skin care and color cosmetics applications.
4、        Provide presentations / seminars / training to customers, distributors, grower associations and related cosmetic groups. Promote silicones in key Cosmetics exhibitions and technical conferences.

Minimum Qualifications
1、        At least Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Surface chemistry, Colloid chemistry or Polymer Science.
2、        2-5 years’ experience in skin care and color cosmetic application, formulation experience is strongly preferred.
3、        Ability to work independently.
4、        Ability to think creatively and effectively communicate ideas in commercial, research and manufacturing environments.
5、        Traveling is required.
6、        Fluent in speaking and written English.
