Job Responsibilities
1、        The candidate for this position will design, execute and supervise laboratory procedures in collaboration with Marketing, Technology and Manufacturing to support activities required for the preparation and evaluation of various silicone based materials.
2、        The candidate for this position will design, execute and supervise laboratory tests that involve the preparation of siloxanes in support of new product/process development and plant troubleshooting.
3、        Conduct Application and physical property evaluation and analyze data for research and product development.
4、        He/she will collect and analyze relevant laboratory data and prepare technical documentation and presentations in support of the Formulated Products Business.
5、        Laboratory Safety and Orderliness are required for this position.

Minimum Qualifications
1、        PhD in a Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science (or a related) field.
2、        English fluency speaking/reading/writing is required.
3、        Solid knowledge of basic chemical principles and experience with routine laboratory operations is required.
4、        At least 5 years’ experience in material science, formulations, application and testing is required.
5、        Dedication and solid knowledge of the safe storage, use and disposal of laboratory materials.
6、        Excellent knowledge of standard PC operations (word processing and spreadsheet manipulations).
