Location: No.227 Li Bing Road, Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China（张江高科技园区李冰路227号）

Job Responsibilities
1、        Renew recruiting information on website on a daily basis, create advertisements as needed
2、        Source and identify targeted candidates through websites
3、        Coordinate with line managers for on-site and telecon interview schedule
4、        Maintain and manage internal recruiting system
5、        Prepare offer letter, announcement and onboarding materials
6、        Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications
7、        University students in junior year (Bachelor or Master) major in English or Human Resources preferred
8、        3 days and above per week
9、        Good communication in both Chinese and English
10、        Good command of computer skill in Word, Excel & PPT
11、        Fast Learner, detail-oriented and good cooperation spirit
