Job Responsibilities
1)  Lead and provide insightful analysis, interpretation, and information on raw materials, indirect commodities or logistics services.
2)  Ensure accurate data sets and reporting on Momentive’s Procurement processes.
3) Provide strategic analysis and information for development of short term and long term commodity plans.  Contribute and participate in strategic negotiation planning and negotiation of major raw materials or services.
4) Regionally and Globally communicate and report up to procurement leadership

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Excellent learning agility.
3. Open communication skill and team work spirit.
4. Fluent English both in written and oral.
5. Capable PC skill.
6. Master’s degree student in Business, Logistics, Finance, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.  Must be proficient in statistical analysis and possess advanced analytical, logic and critical thinking skills preferred.
