CFD仿真职位描述

Main Responsibilities:
•        Battery pack/e-drive CFD simulations using AVL FIRE and third party software tools in one or a number of following areas:
1.        3D CFD of battery module and package cooling
2.        E-motor/EDU/E-Axle cooling
3.        Gearbox cooling
4.        1D simulation of the entire vehicle cooling circuit
5.        1D simulation of vehicle thermal management
•        Engine cooling simulations using AVL and third party software tools in one or a number of following areas:
1.        CFD of water jacket coolant flow
2.        1D simulation of the complete cooling circuit
•        Technical report writing in English
•        Preparation of technical presentations
•        Presentations in English and Chinese in front of customers
•        Project related liaison with customers
•        Training of client engineers
•        Undertaking other activities within AVL as required
•        Support of other skill teams
•        Project related liaison with customers
•        Development of new simulation methodologies
•        Undertaking R&D activities
•        Sales support
•        Support of other activities within AVL as required

Qualification:

•        Pro-active, enthusiastic, good natured and self-motivated
•        Strong problem solving skills
•        Good team player
•        Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
•        Minimum 4 years’ experience in powertrain CFD simulation
•        AVL FIRE, STAR CCM+, FLOWMASTER and AVL CRUISE usage/experience preferred
•        Good knowledge about battery pack, e-motor, EDU & E-axle cooling
•        Good knowledge about battery cell/module structure, e-motor, EDU and working principles
•        Good knowledge about the engine/powertrain cooling
•        Good knowledge in fluid mechanics
•        Good knowledge about the hybrid powertrain and electric vehicle
•        Excellent command of English & Chinese languages in reading, speaking and writing
•        Multi-culture experience preferred
•        Excellent computing skills
•        Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
•        Able to work under pressure
•        Able to deliver quality results under time constraint
•        Time management and project management skills (senior level)

FE方向职位描述

职责描述：
•        Battery pack/e-drive FE simulations using Abaqus in one or a number of following areas:
o        Bettery pack thermal and mechanical simulation (shock, vibration, crash etc.)
o        E-motor/EDU/E-Axle thermal and mechanical simulation
•        Technical report writing in English
•        Presentations in English and Chinese in front of customers
•        Project related liaison with customers
•        Undertaking other activities within AVL as required
•        Support of other skill teams
•        Project related liaison with customers
•        Development of new simulation methodologies
•        Undertaking R&D activities
•        Sales support
•        Support of other activities within AVL as required

任职要求：
•        Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics, or materials science
•        Minimum 3 years’ experience in powertrain FE simulation
•        Solid understanding and knowledge of basic physical and numerical methods
•        Pro-active, enthusiastic, good natured and self-motivated
•        Goal-oriented, committed way of working with analytical problem-solving skills
•        Good team player
•        Abaqus, FEMFAT, ANSA, Hypermesh usage/experience preferred
•        Good knowledge about battery cell/module structure, e-motor, EDU and working principles
•        Good knowledge about the engine/powertrain structure.
•        Multi-culture experience preferred
•        Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
•        Able to work under pressure
•        Able to deliver quality results under time constraint
