【实习招募】
   暖通、电气或给排水专业的实习生
  工作地点：中国 上海
  待遇从优，全职者可出具实习证明

[任职要求]
1.暖通、电气、给排水或相关专业，本科在读或以上
2.具备扎实机电专业基础知识，熟悉相关设计规范
3.熟练掌握CAD及专业相关的软件，熟练使用各种通用办公软件
4.具有良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
5.具有良好中英文听说读写能力，德语熟练者优先
6.可连续实习3~6个月，每周至少3天，全职者优先

[岗位职责]
1.协助暖通、电气或给排水专业设计工作，包括技术调研、图纸绘制及相关计算等；
2.协助编制技术报告或技术方案报告；
3.协助参与可持续方案设计或者建筑认证项目;
4.资料翻译及整理；
5.其他事宜。

2 MEP  (HVAC, Plumbing, or electrical）Engineering Interns
Your qualifications：
      - MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, or electrical）or related major in Bachelor study or above
      - Good command of basic MEP knowledge
      - Good communication skills and team work spirit
      - Fluent English or German in speaking and writing; German skills preferred
      - Any nationality
      - 3~6 months, at least 3 days a week
Your Tasks：
      - Assist in MEP design work, including technical research, drawings and calculations
      - Preparation with technical documents or reports
      - Assist in energy and sustainability concept development and certificate work
      - Translation & arrangement of documents
