• Arrange department meetings, help to support to prepare customer meetings or supplier meeting
• Maintain technical database and update
• Support on translating technical reports, customer meeting minutes, proposal and etc.
• Administrative support to technical department, including trip arrangements, application air-ticket/ hotel arrangement etc.
• Keep records of meeting minutes and maintain the filing system, support for projects and follow up work
• Other tasks as per requested by STL
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in English preferred, has similar experience preferred
• Good command of Microsoft office software, especially familiar with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good communication skill
• Team-player, professional, be responsible for own work
