General Description:
support order processing team during yearly closing and necessary support for customs issue.
Main Responsibilities:
• When: He/she shall support the potential customs AEO certification application project which may take 6-8 months long.
• Who: student that majors in commercial faculty would be preferred
• Why: copy Graz experience to support order processing department to do documents filing and other necessary supports;
• What: 90% order processing documents/project contract filing, 10% customs issue support( annual self-check before March of each year);
• Where: finance department/Order processing team
Qualification:
Undergraduate student majored in finance, administration, trade, supply chain, logistic, commercial etc.
